The difference showed up in our pockets

We’ve moved across the country and have dealt with numerous agent over the years. Working with David and his team was a refreshing experience. There are a lot of times when you go to sell your home that the agent walks in with some comps and gives you a price they think is correct, act irritated if you question their logic and then they leave. With David. we sat down for a few hours to not only look at past sales but also at homes currently available in a radius to determine what existed in current inventory to properly look at the competition in the area. We ran through all the intangible items that change the pricing so his approach was very holistic. We also talked to another agent during this process who really focused on comps. In the end the difference showed up in our pockets as we listed and got about 10% more from our home with David’s unique approach versus the other agent’s advice. He didn’t just know what was listed in the area he had actually taken the time to visit the homes. So right out of the gates I had a feeling this was going to be a great experience. His approach was much more business like with multiple options and I walked away knowing that he had spent the time to really understand what the correct price was for the current market conditions.
When it came time to negotiation, I have to say you feel sorry for the person sitting across the table from David. He truly has your best interests in mind and will give you very candid feedback about the negotiation. We never felt pressured in any way but did feel like we truly had someone who was going to extract every last bit of value out of the transaction for us. It’s not often that I’ve walked away from either buying or selling a house feeling like the agent really thought about us first and foremost and had the experience, knowledge and business savvy to make it all happen.

I can’t say enough good things about David and his team, the only bad thing is we moved from Denver so we couldn’t use David to buy a new home.
