first time home buyers, we didn’t know where to start. David made it easy and non-threatening and
we met for beers at a local brewery to start talking about the process. He walked us through the process, some of
the real estate jargon, and set us up with a way to see homes in our desired
area and price range. Though we knew
little, he was positive and excited for us–and he definitely put our minds
I know that I’m not the easiest person to work with: I email at all hours,
ask questions that probably seem mundane, and I would typically want to see
anywhere between 2 and 10 houses on a weekend. David never complained…and he saw us most
weekends for a solid 4 months while we went through the process. On the
contrary, he emailed back (usually within hours, at the most) and would set up
any and all showings as quickly as possible.
This was HUGE in such a competitive market. There were even a few times that he was out
of town when we wanted to see houses, and David arranged for colleagues to
show us those houses. His colleagues
were just as professional, polite, and helpful as he is.
We put in numerous offers, and David would work tirelessly over a weekend
to make those happen. When we finally
went under contract, David called regularly us to talk through any questions,
he advocated on our behalf with the seller’s agent, and he recommended a
fabulous lender as well.
If we had to choose one word to describe David, it would be reliable:
exactly what you want and expect from a realtor. I asked him numerous times for his personal
opinion, and that is precisely because he makes it very easy to trust
him. This is a good thing! We have passed along his name to numerous
friends in the Denver area, and we can’t speak highly enough of his
services. We will continue to work
with him whenever we are buying or selling a home in the future.
