The David Schlichter Team believes in the importance of giving back to the community.
We’ve brought meals to homeless citizens participating in the Denver Day Works program, cleaned up local streets and alleys, organized a tree planting in Jefferson Park, repainted the home of a disabled veteran with Habitat for Humanity, spoken with elementary school students about the career of helping people buy and sell homes, participated in conversation with high school students on challenges and opportunities relating to the American dream, donated to various local schools and non-profits, fed the homeless on the streets outside of the Denver Rescue Mission, dropped off food in appreciation of teachers and faculty at local schools, donated school supplies for public school teachers to use in their classrooms, and regularly supported the Women’s Bean Project.
In addition to our philanthropic efforts, we’re engaged local citizens who have served on Mayor Hancock’s transition, represented central Denver on Governor Hickenlooper’s TBD Colorado initiative, taught in the local public schools, worked in the White House, served on HOA boards, and served on the boards of our Registered Neighborhood Organizations.
We’re always looking for additional opportunities to give back. Contact us today if you are a past client or community member who is interested in our support.
