What Does $600,000 Get You in Denver

In a previous post, we explored what the average home in Denver looks like, which is priced around $500,000. So what if you can afford more than the average home? What this “better-than-average” home looks like varies greatly depending on the style of home, the neighborhood, and home’s total square footage. Below are five examples of properties in various Denver neighborhoods that were priced around $600,000.

By the way, at the time of this publication there were 1,800 homes for sale in Denver, and around 750 homes (or about 40% of the market) were priced at $600,00 or higher.
