What Does $350,000 Get You in Denver?

According to the National Association of Realtors, in 2018, the national average for the cost of a first-time home buyer’s home is just under $200,000. But Denver is more expensive than average, and to find a home in Denver with that price tag is extremely difficult. In fact, as of the date of this post, there were currently only 94 Denver properties (including condos) for sale priced for $200,000 or less. If you can qualify for a mortgage of a $350,000, you’ll have more than four times the inventory to choose from.

Below are five examples of properties in Denver that were priced around $350,000 at the time of this post:
